The intervention focused on the four main thoroughfares—Corso Cavour, Corso Roma, Corso Mazzini, and Corso Garibaldi—and the central square where they converge, Piazza Dei Martiri. These streets are flanked by continuous rows of significant buildings and include prominent landmarks such as the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church of S. Bartolomeo. The project addressed the routes, connections with secondary roads, road paving, and pedestrian areas, considering them as unifying elements of the urban scene that support the architectural surroundings and accommodate all subsurface utilities.
